Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
Most purchases are processed and shipped within two business days, depending on current order volume. Orders that include backordered items, oversized or custom products, or those requiring truck freight may take longer to ship. We include freight insurance at no extra charge. For more precise delivery estimates, please contact us directly.
Available Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping methods for most products:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Two-Day Shipping
Note that these delivery windows do not include order processing time. On average, processing takes two business days. Based on product availability and destination, we may choose either air or ground transportation to meet the estimated delivery schedule.
Delays in Shipping
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, customer unavailability, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, customs clearance issues, or courier disruptions (such as with UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.). If your shipment is affected by any of these issues, please reach out to the carrier directly. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.
Partial Shipments
In order to deliver your items more efficiently, we may ship your order in multiple packages based on availability and warehouse location. There is no extra charge for this service.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, Yellow Freight, Old Dominion Freight, and Con-way Freight.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to FAA regulations, some hazardous items cannot be sent via air (Priority or Express). These restricted items include:
- Pressurized aerosol cans
- Products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals
Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Shipping
Wrangler ships to addresses in the U.S., including U.S. territories and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Order Confirmation and Tracking Info
Once your order is placed using a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email within one business day. A separate email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Canceling Orders
Orders may be canceled before they enter the fulfillment stage—typically within 24 hours of placing the order. After processing begins, cancellations can no longer be made. Please contact our Customer Service team promptly if you wish to cancel your order, and we will do our best to assist.
Tax Collection Policy
Wrangler, located at 1234 Wrangler Blvd, Dallas, TX 75201, is legally obligated to collect applicable sales tax based on your shipping ZIP code. In some areas, taxes may apply to shipping and gift-wrapping fees as well. Any applicable taxes will be shown clearly during checkout. Please be aware that tax rates may change without notice.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Wrangler is not liable for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged shipment, please file a claim with the carrier directly. Be sure to retain all packaging and damaged merchandise as part of your claim process.
International Shipping Policy
Wrangler does not currently provide international shipping outside of the United States.
